I'm fresh off the plane from another Spanish based press trip, this time covering a feature on four areas of diving interest on the east coast. Diving with archaeologists on the Roman wreck of the Bou Ferrer has to be one of my highlights of the week and the full story will appear in DIVER magazine within the next few months - along with some better shots!
The wreck site is essentially an archaeologists work in progress at the moment and diving among them at work was a fabulous, albeit sometime sketchy experience. Much of the dive was spent in almost zero vis. Trying to get a few decent shots while dodging all kinds of pipes and huge industrial vacuum cleaners swinging about the place was quite a challenge at times.
